How We Do America’s Fence & Deck Differently
America’s Fence & Deck is a family-owned fence and deck contractor that has been serving homeowners in St. Charles, Warren, Lincoln, and Jefferson counties, as well as the entire Westplex area, for over 30 years.
We treat every project as if it were in our own backyard. We understand how important it is to protect what matters most—your security, privacy, and peace of mind. Whether it’s your property, your kids, your pets, or your home’s appearance, we’re here to help.
We also complete commercial fence projects for schools, businesses, and other commercial properties in the area, always in a timely and professional manner. We are fully insured and licensed—no job is too big. Just honest, hard, professional work.
Every fence and deck we install is backed by an owner-hands-on approach and clear workmanship warranties. We believe that if something is worth building, it should be worth standing behind.
Dogs. Kids. Bad neighbors.
The people at Americaโs Fence & Deck can help with all your fence and deck needs.
Choose an American-Built Fence that Fits for Your Property & Lifestyle
We’ll help you compare options and make a confident decision, starting here.

VINYL FENCING (Our Specialty)
We use exclusively American-made vinyl and are a certified Country Estate Vinyl dealer. These systems have thicker profiles, better UV resistance, and long-term performance built for Missouri’s climate. Most of our residential installations are vinyl.

WOOD FENCING
Natural, familiar, and flexible in style. Wood is the right call when appearance comes first and the homeowner is comfortable with maintenance. We build board-on-board privacy fences, picket fences, and custom configurations.

ALUMINUM FENCING
Aluminum provides security without blocking sightlines. Popular for pool enclosures, front yards, and properties where visibility matters alongside protection. Durable, low-maintenance, and clean in appearance.

CHAIN LINK FENCING
A practical solution where function is the priority. When chain link is the right fit — pet containment, property boundaries, commercial perimeters — we install it properly and professionally.

Gates & Access Systems
Gates are built to the same standard as the fence — reinforced framing, proper alignment, and hardware that holds up to daily use. We install single gates, double drive gates, and automated access systems.

Fence Repair
A leaning post, broken panel, or sagging gate doesn’t always mean a full replacement. We assess what’s actually failing and give you a straight answer on whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your fence and your budget.

Commercial Fencing
We complete commercial fence projects for schools, businesses, and properties throughout the Westplex. We work on a professional schedule, carry full insurance, and don’t treat commercial jobs as afterthoughts.

Our Fence Installation Process
1
Plan It Right
We start on-site with a clear estimate, material and style guidance, and a walkthrough of what local permitting or HOA requirements typically look like. If approvals are needed, we explain the process — but homeowners handle submissions. No surprises on that front.
2
Build It to Last
Our crews install with Missouri’s specific conditions in mind: clay soil movement, wind exposure on open lots, and seasonal freeze-thaw cycles. Posts are set to proper depth with solid concrete footings. That’s not optional — it’s how we prevent callbacks.
3
Walk It Through
After installation, we review everything with you — gate operation, care basics, and what your warranty covers. You’ll know who to call if a question comes up later.
Built for Missouri Conditions
We’ve been installing fences in this region since 1994. Here’s what we engineer around on every project:
Shifting Soil
Clay-rich soil expands in wet seasons and contracts in dry ones. We set posts to proper depth with concrete footings designed to stay stable through that movement.
Heavy Rain & Drainage
Post holes and footings are prepared to manage moisture and reduce long-term settling or heaving — a common failure point for fence installers who cut corners.
Wind Exposure
Privacy fencing on open lots and corner properties gets extra attention in post spacing and panel reinforcement. A fence that looks fine at install can develop lean fast if wind load isn’t accounted for.
Seasonal Temperature Swings
Materials are installed with natural expansion and contraction in mind. This is especially relevant for wood and vinyl in Missouri’s temperature range.
Gate Stress & Daily Use
Gates are reinforced and aligned carefully during installation so they continue to open, close, and latch properly year after year — not just at delivery.

Why Homeowners Across the Westplex Choose Us
Building for local conditions from the start helps prevent issues and keeps your fence straight, secure, and dependable long-term.

30+ Years of Local Experience
Built on decades of hands-on work across Warren, St. Charles, Lincoln, and Jefferson counties. We know local soil conditions, HOA patterns, and permit requirements in this region because we’ve been navigating them since 1994.

Owner Hands-On Oversight
The owner supervises every project directly — not delegated down a chain of command. If something comes up on site, there’s a decision-maker available.

American-Made Vinyl Only
We don’t install imported vinyl. Every vinyl system we use is manufactured domestically and sourced from Country Estate, a certified premium supplier. This isn’t a marketing distinction — it affects thickness, UV performance, and long-term durability.

Exclusive Country Estate Dealer
Access to premium vinyl systems not available through most contractors.

Strong Workmanship Warranties
Clear coverage that stands behind how the fence is built, not just sold.

CUSTOM DECKS, BUILT SELECTIVELY
We also build custom decks:
wood, composite, Trex, and steel-framed designs.
Because our crews are limited, deck projects are accepted selectively.
We don’t overbook, and we don’t rush.
As demand grows, we will continue to expand this service carefully.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions About Our Fencing Services, Pricing, and Process.
Do you serve areas outside of Warrenton?
Yes. While Warrenton is our home base, we serve a broad area across Warren, St. Charles, Lincoln, and Jefferson counties — including Wentzville, O’Fallon, Wright City, Lake St. Louis, Troy, St. Peters, Chesterfield, and more. If you’re in the Westplex area, we likely cover your location. See all service areas →
Do you do fence repair, or only new installations?
We handle both. If your fence has a leaning post, a damaged panel, or a gate that won’t latch correctly, we’ll come out, assess what’s actually failing, and give you a straight answer on whether repair or replacement is the better move. Learn more about fence repair →
How much does a vinyl fence cost in Warrenton?
Pricing depends on height, style, lot layout, and site conditions. Because we use premium American-made vinyl, costs may be higher than entry-level options — but long-term durability and reduced maintenance often offset the difference. We provide clear, on-site estimates so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
Do I need HOA approval or permits before installing a fence?
In many neighborhoods, yes. HOA rules and local permits can affect fence height, style, and placement. We explain what’s typically required for your area and help you understand how to prepare. Homeowners are responsible for submitting and securing approvals, but we’ll walk you through the process so nothing delays your project.
How long does fence installation usually take?
Most residential fence installations are completed within a few days once materials are ready and approvals are in place. Larger or more complex layouts may take longer. We’ll outline the expected timeline clearly during your consultation.
What fence material lasts the longest?
High-quality vinyl and aluminum typically offer the longest lifespan with the least maintenance. American-made vinyl — which is all we use — resists fading, cracking, and warping better than lower-grade imports. Aluminum is also very durable and essentially maintenance-free.
How far in advance should I plan my fence project?
Several weeks ahead is ideal, especially if HOA approval or permits are needed. This gives time for reviews, material selection, and scheduling. During your consultation, we’ll help you understand timelines and next steps so your project can move forward smoothly.
